Mr. Billhimer previously served as the Company�s Senior Vice President for Operations and Development, and concurrently served as President and General Manager for the Company�s wholly-owned subsidiary, Mountaineer Park, Inc., which operates Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort in Chester, West Virginia.
In accordance with the terms of the First Amendment to Employment Agreement, Mr. Billhimer was appointed to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Billhimer, Jr., effective as of December 1, 2011. (the ∼ompany�) entered into a First Amendment to Employment Agreement dated March 30, 2011 with Joseph L. On December 2, 2011, MTR Gaming Group, Inc.
